A controversial last minute Eden Hazard penalty rescued a point for Chelsea in a 2-2 draw with West Brom.
Chelsea scored first when Eden Hazard cut in from the left and shot towards the far post. Boaz Myhill pushed the ball towards Liam Ridgewell, and Samuel Eto’o pounced to finish.
On the hour, Cech punched a Gareth McAuley header into the air, and Shane Long timed his jump to score at the back post. Eight minutes later West Brom were ahead as Cech let a Sessegnon shot slip underneath his hands.
With a minute of added time to go, Ramires fell after being lightly brushed by Steven Reid in the box. Referee Scott Mathieson gave a soft penalty, and Eden Hazard sent Myhill the wrong way to equalise.
A scuffle broke out in the immediate aftermath of the penalty, which maintained Jose Mourinho's unbeaten home run in Premier League games as Chelsea manager, which now stands at 66 matches.

KEY MOMENTS
30’ - OSCAR CHANCE - Oscar takes a free kick thirty yards from goal, but Myhill palms it away for a corner.
45+1 - ETO’O GOAL - Myhill pushes a Hazard shot towards Ridgwell, but Eto’o comes from behind to steal the ball and slot past the ‘keeper.
57’ - LONG CHANCE - Amalfitano sends in a corner from the right and Long glances a header against the post, with Cech beaten.
58’ - LAMPARD CHANCE - The ball comes to Lampard at the edge of the box but he fires a yard over.
60’ - LONG GOAL - Cech punches a McAuley header into the air, and Long times his leap to head in at the back post for the equaliser.
68’ - SESSEGNON GOAL - Ridgwell and Sessegnon swap passes, and Sessegnon receives the ball just outside the box. He knocks the ball past Terry with one touch, and his finish is straight at Cech, but is squeezes under his arms.
90+6’ - HAZARD GOAL - Ramires runs towards goal on the left, inside the box. Steven Reid brushes him off the ball and Ramires tumbles to the ground, looking for a penalty. The referee generously awards it, and Hazard sends Myhill the wrong way to secure a point.

KEY STATS
Hazard’s late equaliser meant that Jose Mourinho is 66 games unbeaten at home in the Premier League.
This is only the second time Chelsea have dropped points in the Premier League in 14 games.
This is the first time Chelsea have not won at home in the Premier League this season.
Chelsea are undefeated to West Brom in the Premier League.
TALKING POINT: Are Chelsea becoming complacent? With Mourinho previously saying that his side had forgotten how to win, then winning after Schalke, it appears that Chelsea become overconfident after victory. It might do Mourinho well to remind some of his players that they are not guaranteed starts.

MAN OF THE MATCH: Shane Long (West Brom): Scorer of West Brom’s first goal, his willingness to run and harry defenders stretched play to create space for his technically superior teammates.
