As life gets busier, it becomes harder to find time to exercise and therefore maintain a healthy lifestyle. Many believe that, in order to be in shape, you need to go to the gym at least three times a week and undergo heavy workouts. Well, that’s a myth.

Although, the type of exercises one can do vary from individual to individual, depending on their age and physical condition, everyone needs to do physical activity of some sort. And guess what? You don’t need to find two hours a day to go to the fitness club. It can take only a few minutes and it might be included in your daily errands!
