A flamboyant Nigerian man, Don Skimmy Yah A.k.a Odoligie 1 of Europe and his group of friends caused a stir during the dedication of his daughter, Giovana at his church, Corner Ministries International in Amsterdam, Netherlands on Sunday June 26th.
